Assumption- Students can find misinformation, or can be find porn, or sexual predators in using new technology. Students must be taught safety and best practices in using technology tools.
Agree- We agree that students should be taught boundaries and safety rules for using new technology tools such as e-mailing, social networking, wikis, blogs, etc.
Argue- Parents believe that they should be the ones responsible for student online security, however they don't feel knowlegable and feel that it should be the school's or the government's responsibility to keep their child safe on the internet.
Aspire- Teach students that their should be boundaries so they can keep safe when they are online.
